2- Year Warranty

This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2-years. This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable to any other party. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse or any use other than as described in your owner's manual, or damage resulting from failure to disassemble this product as specified in your owner's manual.

 

Remedies

Should this product have a defect covered by this warranty, we will either replace or repair the product, at our sole discretion, without charge to you. A shipping and processing charge fee may apply. To obtain service under warranty, simply call our customer service center at 312-735-9092. Products returned must be shipped postage paid. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. All products or parts that are returned for replacement become our property.

 

Limit of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of this product. We will not be liable for any other damages, including, without limitation, those resulting from the alleged breach of any express or implied warranties. This warranty represents the entire agreement between the parties. This warranty may not be altered in any way. This warranty gives you specific rights which differ from state to state, so some portions of this warranty may or may not apply to you.

Razor Reach sytems can only be returned if they are unused and unopened - all inner and outer packaging must still be intact. Due to their personal nature, Razor Reach systems which have been opened cannot be returned unless they are defective (and defective Razor Reach systems must be returned directly to the manufacturer). See the paragraph on warranty claims above for information on how to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim on Razor Reach system. If you are returning an unopened, unused Razor Reach for a refund, we will deduct a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price (if the returned product is received within 14 days of the product delivery date). If the returned Razor Reach is received later than 14 days from the product delivery date, but not after the above waranty period, the restocking fee is 20% of the purchase price. If you received free shipping with your order, we will also deduct $10.00 from your refund to cover our costs of shipping the Razor Reach to you. Return of any Razor Reach product constitutes agreement to these terms. If a Razor Reach is returned in an opened box, no refund will be issued, and the Razor Reach system will be returned at your expense.
